Very bad designed product

I bought a dark & Decker BV4000 Kind m l20Vac 60142 Fan and Vacuum At Home Website a few years back and from day-one the vacuum carrier won't remain firmly connected and also the debri hits throughout owner and into atmosphere. You changed this carrier once, however now it's no longer working again. Perhaps you have increased this product and because the substitutes are not operating, am I eligible for a discount on the greater item?

Please suggest as this really is a great concept but an extremely poor developed item.
