Jersey - Rip Off I Think I have been ripped off!

Hi Have I been ripped off? I wanted to buy some goods to resell at a small profit to supplement my income, saw Electronic Resellers and was a bit sceptical, but emailed them at least a dozen times asking questions. I had to pay via egold (which I could understand) as they had been ripped off. I sent the payment for 5 playstation 3', the payment was received and the order confirmed.

When the delivery was due in from their suppliers - guess what - they had arrived damaged. I started asking questions again and was fairly satisfied with the responses. I was told that the shipping company were going to claim on their insurance and we could expect our new delivery in 7 to 10 days.

GUESS WHAT, it hasn't arrived and the website has been suspended. I have sent about 10 emaiks asking them to contact me - NOTHING. Do I stand any chance of getting my money back??? Please help
