NCOA - Total fraud... Anyone up for a class action suit

I was working on a ladder with my phone clipped on my side to make a long story short it fell broke into pieces. I filed a claim and they responded that i was neglient. The funny part is I emailed them my 2 cents and they responded by telling me that is i would have been more careful and held on to my phone it wouldn't be broken. LOL!!!

These people are nothing but a fraudlent company taking the money of a consumer and denying all claims i would like to see if they EVER approved a claim. Anyone interested or know a lawyer who will handel a class action suit there are more then enough complaints for that over 330 filed with the BBB in the last 3 years.
