Ripoff, scam artist

Electronics and household app.

2 guys in a truck stopped my husband and told him that they ordered speakers and the warehouse sent them too many so they were trying to sell them.

They had brochures and even warranties. They had purchase orders showing that they were supposedly worth $1500, but would sell them for only $300 because they got them free. When my husband called me to ask if it was ok I asked him the name of the company and speakers.

He didn't know the name of the company but he gave me the name of the speakers and i looked them up on the internet.

All i got were these usacomplaints.com so i told him i didn't think it was a good idea and that it was probably a scam. He was already on his way to the atm and the guys were folowing him.

He pretended his card did not work so he couldn't get any money. They were really pushy about trying to get money another way, but he said he couldn't.

I told him to get their name and phone # but they wouldn't give it to him. I am so glad i looked this up before we got swindled out of $300!
