ERAI, lied on a report... See there where 2 brokers. One, me in CA, the other in FL.in approx march of they ordered 1k pcs of a part, and 50 days later say, wow, our custoer really liked your parts, do you have any more?

We stated we have a reel of 850 pcs. NOW LISTEN, the parts of 2nd shipment, where shipped from CA on Wed FEDEXP! COD, they arrived on a Thursday in Florida before 10:30A.M... We get a call stating, "the parts are bad!", (and they stopped the check of 850 (2nd shipment) I stated "how can they be bad if they are still in your warehouse?"

The salesperson fumbled and jumbled and then stated oooohhhh, ooohhh, it was the 1st 1k, I state, " you said your customer 'loved' them and now those are bad from 50 days ago..."I DEMAND YOU SEND THE 850 BACK"
IMMEDIATELY." He stated "no, my customer needs them"!!!
I said you can't keep them and then "not pay" he therefore sent a second check "so called good"

I've been in sales far too long, since 74 in components, I know "bottomfeeders' when they start crying... I have an internal way of marking parts and when pictures went into "ERAI", my mark wasn't there, and I quit ERAI 2-3 yrs ago, because they are nothing but a collection agency... They have not one attorney working in the office... EVEN THOUGH MY PARTS SHOWED THAT I WAS RIGHT IN THE PICTURES SENT TO ERAI, ERAI STOOD FOR THE MEMBER IN FLORIDA, RIGHT NOW I'VE BEEN GOING THRU HELL BECAUSE ERAI DIDN'T TELL THE TRUTH.

ERAI hurt my financially, professionally, this was the 1st report in the industry we've ever had. I want to help in all ways all shapes and forms because i'm fighting big time w/attorney's in Florida for my "honesty"... I pray on my hands and knees we still have honest people out there.

I think we should go after erai in "all ways", deflamation, lying, etc, etc, etc. I can go on and on, and i hope all of us do that has any problems like this with erai. They are not god, let me tell you... Far from it.!!
There's many lines they've crossed statewide and overseas... And they deserve it!
