Deceptive contract terms no notification of plans termination full fees charged accounts mismanaged

Worldcom billing has been a fiasco. I have been overcharged and misinformed regarding my plans charges and have been double billed for services. My accounts have been mismanaged and duplicated in the past and currently as well. I am being charged on two seperate account numbers ACCT # 2700093224 and 2800053166 for the same phone lines.

This plan has just been implemented as I am awaiting the contractual terms to expire. I will then be looking for a new wireless company. My previous accounts were so mismanaged that I ended up paying over $500.00 dollars in fees.

There is a definite lack of Ethics relating to this company. Any restitution would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Theresa Muti
