What a waste of time and money!

Electronics and household app.
Ordered ink cartridge. Waited for 1 month&then received the wrong one. Filled out return sheet. Cannot get response from anyone. This is the worst company. They make sure you can't talk to them on purpose. No customer service here!!! Pay more-get better everything.
