Cricket can't fix own eqpt and won't refund my money

My husband bought me the slider remix for Christmas 06. I had problems with the internet for 3 monts. I called and they kept telling me "were aware of the propblem give it about another 2 weeks". So I did this for 3 months and said you know what I'll go somewhere else. Then I decided I will just cancel my internet.

They were going to charge me $15 to downgrade my service. So they wanted me to pay them for a service I couldn't use every month. But when I go to cancel that serivce they want more money.

So then I just shut the phone off. I recently go to actaviate the phone on monday and tuesday it's not working. So I call hear the woman put my info in the system wrong. So now for me to talk to anyone I have to drive 45 min to have them fix my information. Then they can't fix my phone either. So I come home and call them to see if I can get a refund on the month that I prepaid except the 3 days of serivce I had and they can't do that either. They said b/c I activated a used phone they can refund my month of serivce.

I'm sorry it shouldn't matter if it's used or not. It's their equipment and if they can't fix it they should be able to do something about it. I only used the serivce for 3 days, well actually 1 day. And if a phone breaks within 5 months what does that tell you. I think so terrible of cricket that I will go and pay $150 to sprint and have serivce turned on with them.

So I bacically gave them $77 in their pocket now who does that go to? Cause it sure isn't me? I can't use the phone at all, and they more money from another one of us poor joe's.
