Bought a cell phone and now they wont let me return it or refund me and it was broke when i got it

I bought a cellphone from this company over the internet. It took me three weeks to get it in the mail after I ordered it. When I finally got it, it came with no battery or a charger so I had to buy my own. When I finally got a battery for it the phone did not work.

After looking and looking this company does not have a phone number I can contact them at. I sent them a e-mail about the product and all they sent back was sorry for the inconvience. So e-mail them several more times and never heard nothing from this company. So I just threw my money down the drain it seems like.
