Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I purchased a cd-backstreet boys-greatest hits through www.half.com. It skipped every song so i sent it back. They said that they got it and that it was not their cd. I sent them proof that it was theirs... They never sent me a replacement. I filed a complaint with half.com and ventures told them I never sent the cd back to them -case closed... I checked their customer ratings and found that alot of people were ripped off. They sell under the name HITMENOW-HALF...
