Belt buckle, doesn't work, no brand, no contact, broke just installing the batteries, could not take batteries back out from one side, directions for use in jibberish Ripoff

Bought this LED Belt Buckle to use as a bag light for riding my bike. I was excited about having something so creative. Got it in the mail almost immediately.

It looked like it was in perfect condition. It was heavy and made from what felt and looked like decent materials. I tried installing the batteries and one of the little pieces of plastic that holds it down broke the second I got it in. I replaced the cover and hit the on button anyhow. Nothing happened. I tried to remove the covers to readjust the batteries even though I'm positive I installed them correctly, but the cover wouldn't come back off. It's stuck. Reading the directions didn't help seeing how they were written in some trifling mockery of the English language. My friend and I sat there laughing trying to decipher what it might be trying to say.

Got on Ebay and started reading the feedback comments. There seems to be repeats of the exact same comments thousands of times. Every once in a while you see the one of thousands of negative comments which explains my situation to a "T." But they're buried in the fake positive comments which gives them a 98% positive feedback rating. This shit isn't right. These people deserve to be drawn and quartered. The amount of work they've put into ripping people off could have gone towards offering a decent product.instead they've chosen to deviously rip off everyone.
