ILD Teleservices
I how I fixed my problems with ILD Teleservices, hope you all can do the same

I found the charges after two months, charges of 12.95 each month had been made on my phone bill. First I called ILD teleservices, I felt I was being ripped off by this company but I was wrong there not really the ones doing it. All they are is a billing company.

I talked to them and they were more then willing to help. Keep in mind I was talking to them and I was very steamed off about this. They blocked the people making the charges, and they gave me there info.

SO I call them up, turns out it's a company called netpanel.com some kind of voicemail charges or something was placed on the account. Turns out anyone on the net with your phone number and address can sign up to stuff like this without your will and you will be paying for it. After checking out netpanel it looks like a company that gives stuff away for signing up to things, webpage I had never been too before this event.

I never signed up and I was really getting heated with the guy. He asked me what I wanted done and I said for him to lose my information, I was told that wasn't possible. I told him the game was up his company was blocked from making anymore charges on my phone from ILD and blocked from my phone company (not done yet) he gave in. Said he would credit my phone bill for the charges and remove services. All this happened today so I can't say for sure if he did. Maybe I was a little hard on this guy, he seemed to think so but I said he needed to look at this from my POV.

I called my phone company (AT&T), my last step. Told them I wanted to talk about my phone bill. Told them about what happened, said I wanted a 3rd party charge block put on my bill and told them that the company said they would credit my phone bill. AT&T forwarded a charge to that company through ILD, credited my account and added a 3rd party charge block onto my phone bill.

I believe ILD has to tell you who is placing the charges on your phone bill, even if they don't, there probably not going to want to be blamed for charges that one pissed off person is calling about. I hope this helps anyone having this problem, good luck to all you that are.
