Is a ripoff business from hell, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they send bills late, & have no record of my calls

For months last year, bills always came every other month without the usual calling records. Just the plain statement saying PAY THIS AMOUNT. Called them for months to request complete billing records.
Customer service RIDICULOUS! Would wait on hold for a representative for over 40 minutes, and when you FINALLY get someone to talk to, they say they'll take care of the problems or what not, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS!
So kept trying to call them, at this point they're still sending bills w / no basis of charge, stopped the service, [not that i really cared] but the requested copies of the missing bills and records NEVER ARRIVE.
Now they've handed the account to a collection agency that doesn't seem to care about the principles of a GOOD BUSINESS.
WORLDCOM IS OUT TO RIP YOU OFF... Thank god WORLDCOM INC. Has gone BANKRUPT, as for the collection agency, I AIN'T PAYING NOTHING FOR THIS RIPOFF SERVICE.
