Ripoff Does not back their product

I have received my software download. I have been
working with your Tech Support for the past three days
to no avail. I have reconfigured the phone, modem
changed USB cables and various other activities with
your Tech support still the Motorola Phone Tools
Software does not work correctly the only thing I am
able to do is Sync and Back-up; at one point I was
able to transfer files only once and have been able to
do so since. I was also sent your product from a rep
and that copy which is also the same version I paid
for still does not work. I do not have the time or
inclination to continue on a 4 or 5 day of
troubleshooting for a product that does not work.

I was also told by your rep that I could not receive a
refund because I downloaded the soft instead of having
a CD mailed to me, because of the convenience of
downloading a faulty program and being sent another
which also does not work I am out $37.53 because of
the convenience of downloading software.

I am very dissatisfied with Motorola and the handling
of my situation. I owned a Motorola phone years ago
and thought when I had to switch (since my provider
stop carrying NOKIA phones) that Motorola would be
good, I guess I was wrong. I can not wait till my
provider begins to supply NOKIA phones again so that I
may switch back and receive service of a quality and
respect for consumers that I deserve.
