Ripoff This company has no customer service and is possibly going out of business!

I ordered a replacement lamp for an infocus projector. When it didn't work in either of my projectors I contacted them and ordered another one seeing this is just one defective item before I sent the other one back. I tried to log on their site to get a rma number but the site said I never placed an order. When I finally got thru to the rma site they said it was past 30 days so now I couldn't return the mdse. I have called many times to California, which is giving me a large long distance phone bill because I have sat on hold for 15 to 20 minute intervals, but no one has ever answered.

I had to contact the Attorney General's office in Calif. And they are no longer listed with Price Grabber and BizRate. They must be going out of business because they don't answer the phone or e-mails.
