Ripoff fraudulent billing

I ordered a camcorder in Dec and cancelled it the same day. The order was cancelled, but still pending shipment. A bill was sent to GE Money Bank and forwarded to me. I called them and they said the order was cancelled and they would update the bank before my bill was due on Feb 16. They still have not updated it my bill was due, collections is calling because I refuse to pay the minumum paymnet. I have called Peachdirect numerous times, they are very rude and disinterested in helping, including the managers. GE Money Bank told me at 2 different times they wuold send a dispute form and have not done so. I have written a letter to the Better Business Bureau. I am now just waiting to see what happens.in the meantime they are reporting to my credit for merchandise that was cancelled the same day ordered.
