Bait and Switch Approach is followed by Rudeness New York

My report only echoes the information provided by others.

I purchased a Canon SD700 that was not listed as Refurbished.

The purchase was immediately followed by an e-mail asking me to call to confirm. When I called, the company was closed.

I received e-mails asking me to confirm the purchase by phone. When I called, there was an immediate effort to sell me more memory cards, which I rejected. I was then told that the item was Refurbished, but that I could purchase the camera new for another price.

I asked that the order be canceled, and when he asked if I thought I could get a better price, I told him I didn't like the sales approach and preferred to buy elsewhere.

He was rude, said "Goodbye" angrily and hung up.
Mine was certainly not the worst experience, but I think buyers should be warned.
