Ripoff all pro sound sucks

I order some lighting equipment from this company and gave them a date that i needed it by. A week before i needed it i got part of my order, i called them and they said there system said they have it in stock but they cant find it so they wont be able to get it to me in time for when i needed it. I called my brother and told him that i needed him to find a place that had one in stock that they could ship right away. He called all pro sound and they said they would ship one that day, (the same item they cant find.) he calls me and tell me where he found it.

I call them back and they said that was a mistake that they wont be able to ship for him either. I called another store and they had one in stock and they would have it shipped that day. Because i was comming up on a weekend i had thim 2 day it for 120 dollars. I called all pro sound and canceled the order. They refunded my order for what i had not recieved and only 60 dollars for shipping. They do not feel they owe me the other 60 they cost me for the increased shipping cost incured because of there mistake. I have a web site talking about this. To this date they deny the fact that they owe me the money. If there action or lact of action (the lack of action was not telling me that they didnt have it) cost me money then they as a christian company should pay this cost.

Here is the kicker after i canceled with them and had ordered and shipped with the other company they found the item and wanted me to redo my order with them. I told them no way.

If you have time and want to deal with a company that is unorganised and dishonest then deal with all pro sound. If you want to deal with an honest comany try someone else. That is just what i think though.
