What a ripoff, took money via paypal and no product delivered, website down, phone number disconnected

On December 15 I called the phone number listed for ipodsrule.net and talked with someone who said I should order online.
I ordered 6 ipods on line on December 15. I was told on the phone they would be received in time for Christmas. I have received none.
The website is down and the phone numbers are disconnected. I have filed a claim with paypal. I will have my bank issue a stop on the payment sent.
This is a fraud, scam, rip off, etc.
