My employer approved purchase of lcd monitor. I ordered because of good price after rebate. They take your order and charge your card and then take forever to ship.

Customer Service is extremely hard to get through to, and even if you do each representsative will twll you something different.

I submitted rebate online (they use another company) agreed to pay 4.50 to have rebate done via internet and guaranteed check within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks and no check. Called them today and they tell me i file online but still have to send in the form to be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Well I purchased 11-3-06 and today is 12-5-06. I am now out of luck. But I have been calling and trying to get through for 2 weeks. Finally today I just put the phone on handsfree and waited, after 47 minutes they finally answered. So beware this is not a good deal.
