Rebate Ripoff! Refusing to pay me for a rebate that they admit was received and completed correctly

This company uses stall tatics and refuses to send me the promised rebate. I gave them all the correct information and complied with their ridiculous time lines. Everytime they respond (which, lately, they haven't even been doing that) it seems that the new time frame is another 3 months for them to honor their agreement. I bought a phone from them last year, and have yet to receive my rebate.

Do not ever use this company as they are dishonest and incapable of treating you fairly. The absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with in my 48 years on this planet.
