Ripoff, Never sent a $892.90 computer and never gave a refund as they said they would

On July 15' 2006 i purchased through the Internet a laptop computer gateway AMD Anthlon 64 MX7122 from AADistribution Wholesale that was a Saturday on Monday 7-17 i wanted to check the status of the order to see if my credit card went through and the order did not show up so i sent them an email asking what happened to the order i received a email back saying the computer was charged to my account on the 17 and that they were changing companies so that's why the order did not show up the fowling day i wanted to look at some of there digital cameras and the web site was gone well i figured that's because they were changing there site so i waited and waited for the computer to arrive two weeks later nothing had arrived they say they ship within 48 business hours so i sent then an email asking if they could provide me with any info on the order such as a ups shipping number that email went un answered so i send a second one to them the fowling day at both of there emails the business email had been canceled and the other email went un answered as well so i called the number that i found on them and it did not work
so the next day i sent them an email with the heading I NEED A RESPONVE ASAP OR FUTHER ACTHION WILL BE TAKEN
in the email i said i had a concern that i spent almost $1000.00 with there company and couldn't get any response from them and that i tried calling and there phone did not work
i asked them in my email maybe because the order did not show up in there system it might have got over looked because shipping time from jesup GA to California is only a 5 day ups shipping destination i also said that i was wondering if they were even a legitimate company at that point.

So i did get a reply to that email and there response (jannette Teston) said this order will be refunded please allow 3-6 days for credit to appear on my card if it doesn't you can just go ahead and dispute it with your credit card company we will not accept threats from buyers and continue doing business with them.
Buyers who choose to be rude and slanderers are reported to there lawyer for local authorities to be contacted.
Well to this day 8-14 i still have not received any refund or a computer nor was i rude slanderers or did i threaten them.

This company aka jannette teston should not be doing business and is a RIP OFF
