Rip off, unprofessional, liars, unbelievable

This company is unbeleivable. I would never advise for any one to sign up for this service. This is a "cheap alternative" to cable tv. You have probably seen it on the TV or internet ads. $19.95 a month and it saves you all of this money compared to your local TV cable company. BULL CRAP!!!

First, after the money being deducted from my account through my debit card, I found out that I was not eligable for service. I was told that the money would be put back into my account with in 4-5 days. Well, here it is almost 2 months later and after calling these people at least 3 times a week, I stll have not seen my money $75 is not alot of money but the point is it is mine.

I have heard every excuse in the book. I have been told just wait a few more days at least 5 times. I have even been told that they were sending a check in the mail just to get me to shut up. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Do not ever give your account info to these people. They are theives and liars. And by the way, You can never speak to the same person twice and there are so many "managers" that they don't even know each other.
