This person, bill chang, has charged a cell phone, twice, to our long defunct paypal account. Have no idea if the credit card is still viable, but have not received a bill as of yet.
Was afraid to use the link which stated that if we wanted to dispute the transaction to click there. Googled for lwp electronics and found the same name of bill chang linked to the bogus electronics firm... Or he is bogus... Or his order is bogus
Ignored the first one and now have a second one to contend with...
