2 things, first failed to send rebate then after fighting them and receiving it, their check BOUNCED costing me $100.00 total. Ripoff

On-Rebate is a scam operation.in December I purchased a computer monitor through Tiger Direct - only because there was a 50.00 that came with the purchase.

It was a complete hassle and nightmare from the start. On-rebate never issued or processed my rebate - they said they never received the documentation they required. I sent it 3 times. I faxed it a fourth time. Finally, after calling corporate headquarters and finding the head of customer service (Marsha Tate), I was issued the 50.00 rebate.

HOWEVER, not surprisingly, the check bounced. I was charged 50.00 from my bank for a returned check fee. Now I am out 100.00.

This company has been NOTHING but a headache and heartache to deal with. I bought this product in good faith and have been punished for it by about 30 phone calls and 4 months of stress.
