Wow! I've been on this site before, but have never seen so many posts describing in detail the exact circumstances I am going through. The last 4 years I have been fighting with first Jason Silliman and now Andy Cable about my invention and for the last 4 years the same results - nothing.

It's ironic how everyone must pay the $685 up front to get process moving and then an additional $10,000 for completion. Does every product cost the same to make? How is this company still in business? Where are the watchdogs?

I sought legal counsel and have done as much research as possible. One intersting fact I found was The American Investors Protection Act of 1999, which requires companies like Davison to disclose the results of past products. I received a hand-made satisfaction report from only the year which does not meet the requirement, but there seems to be no law suit with substantial backing.

Regardless, I feel we need to work together to either get our money back or shut the company down. They claim to have several affiliations with local watchdogs.
