I bought a phone in August. It came with a $170.00 Inphonic rebate. I sent in all the paperwork, and in October was sent an email telling me that due to a computer problem, they lost all my originals, and I would need to re-submit the originals (if they are original, how is this possible?) I reported them to the IL States Attorney, who forwarded my complaint to Arizona States Attorney.
Yesterday, I received a letter from the AZ States Attorney telling me they (Inphonic) moved to Washington DC, so will not be pursued.
What a great scam they have going. Is there help?
