Still no refund after 5 months, horrible customer service, unscrupulous ripoff

Electronics and household app.

Purchased a 56 in. Television & stand on December 7. After numerous calls, television finally arrived in February. As of March 15, I still had not received the stand. After 12 attempts to have someone return my call, I was finally connected with "Henry" who informed me that the stand ($399) was not available and he would credit my account.

March 27, Jason stated the credit was pending and would show up in my account by the end of the week. April 4, spoke with Elliot and he said he would personally credit my account today. April 17, spoke with Henry and he said he would walk down to the credit department to check the status of my refund. When I asked if he needed my phone number, order number, spelling of last name, he said, "no, I have that on file."

These people are incredibly unscrupulous, will hang up on you, and do not return your calls. Their lack of integrity is nauseiating! What type of legal action can I take to rightly get my refund?
