Card Charged $19.05 for Warranty Service I Did Not Order

Dish network provided my credit card number to an unaffiliate company e-club and charged my account $19.05 for the warranty service. Both companies state no affiliation with each other and dish denies giving out the info and hangs up on you and e-club says they don't know where they got the info and hangs up. I will be obtaining legal assistance tomorrow. E-club mailer i rec. Says credit card info was provided when i signed up for dish
