Mobile Content ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I own A cellphone with no downloaded games, video's, or ringtone's but when I receive my cellphone bill there's A $9.99 charge on my bill from A company that these thing's are the only thing's that they sell and the employee that works for my provider whom I do have A contract with try's to tell me I have to pay for something I'm not using and she went on to look up several other consumers that have been burned by these same people Da Da Mobile is A scam and I have no idea why they would try to take advantage of consumers this way when there are so many that would love all this type of junk that they are selling. I want this mess off of my cellphone bill and all the others that the girl actually showed me they're pissed-off and just paying the extra $9.99 A month, well I don't have that kind of cash to just give away for nothing I have diabetic supplies to buy. So cellphone users beware!!!
