Ripoff They took my money last Aug. Took double and never sent prouduct nor 12 money back

Last Aug. 13 I ordered off of the TV the Lazer Storm vacuum cleaner. I only ordered one set whitch included two vacuums and a free steamer, for steaming clothes, etc. The cost was suspose to be $156.85. The company I called 1-800-973-5714 for the ordering is different from the Customer Service number. They took out double of my money from my checking account of $313.70 on September 26.
The "Igia Company" has never sent me my order and has never put half of my money back into my account. I have called them over and over at both of their Customer Service numbers and most of the time I hold for up to an hour and they disconect me. I have gotten through to them several times now.
On Nov. 7 they told me I would have my money of $156.85 back into my Checking account in 15 to 20 days and my shipment would be out in 4 to 6 weeks. It never happened. Neither one. I kept calling and never could get through until Dec. 19 and I was told my money would be put into my account right away and my prouduct would be out in two weeks. It never happend.in Jan. 2006 I got through again and asked for the manager. She said they were sorry and that I would have my money back into my account in 2 weeks and my product in 4 to 6 weeks. Never happened.
I e-mailed them on Feb. 17,06 and I have never heard from them. It is very difficult to get them on the phone. Also. I do not know the ordering address of them. Through trial and error I get a different ordering address evertime I called to find there address. Lebanon, Tenn. Is only one of there many address. I do not know where My order was to come from as I used my checking debt card to order from. Address are given if you are paying by check. The phone number that I ordered from is now for Orange Glow.
The Customer Service numbers are 1-800-709-2216 and 1-800-716-8667. I am on dissability and I sure would like my money back. I thought in a wheelchair that the sweeper would have been easy for me to use.
