This company is a fraud! Ripoff

This company is a total fraud! I ordered cameras from them and they called me and said I would have to give him an extra $100 per camera if I wanted what I ordered. He said they have an offshore model with no battery or charger to send for the amount I paid online. However, the invoice clearly states it is included these items.
