Buyer beware, total rip off, scam, scam, scam

As many of us were looking for xbox 360's for Christmas I found a web site who got back to me on a timely basis and had them with 6 games. I ordered on the 26th of November, and to make long stories short, received several delay messages, said I would have by Christmas, I was told they were in stock they said the units had to be sent back because they were faulty and they were going to go pick them up at the maufacturer. Then they said a couple of days later, 1 week before Christmas that they didn't know when they would have them. Now mind you, their web site says they are still in stock, they have no one answering the phones, only the emails so they can hook you to send them the money. They said no refunds just merchandise credit. Who wants that, all they sell is... Who knows. You can never get a hold of them. This is just a scam and I have the emails to prove it... Don't buy, not trusted... I will be seeking legal action...
