I purchased a tracfone in August. I used it for one week and the phone quit working. Because I didn't have all the packaging I had to leave it to tracfone to replace the phone. I call them at least once a week and more often if I can. They will tell me it will be delivered the next work day. I still don't have a new phone almost three months later.
