Dishonest. The company will not honor 90-day free trial. They stated that it must have been a pop-up. The item that I ordered was not the item that was advertised on the web page. It came in a box that looked like it has been sitting in a damp warehouse and the mounting brackets were not included with the shipment. The customer service representatives are rude (I spoke with two different ones). I am in the process of returning this item for a full refund.
