Ripoff liars thugs and incompetent

Here it is folks,

Do not deal with cingular wireless in any way shape, fashion or form. The fact of the matter is, they are liars and they have absolutely no concern for their customers. Case in point, I have spent at least twenty hours trying to get my voice mail fixed, to no avail. They told me they were going to change my number to a working voice mail area for free. I found out yesterday that I was charged for it.

Their rebuttal was this, "our records show (that your were f*ed in the ass)"... So I gave it back to them. I clogged up their lines for a good hour, with insults I wouldn't dare repeat online.

They have no phyisical offices in the state of California where you can talk to someone in person (go figure). What they do have is an "escalation" department, where you can escalate your level of complaint. This is where they throw your mail away. Cingular wireless will s*t all over you in the form of apologies but they won't do anything.

This is just one in a series of bad incidents of customer services with this god forsaken company.
