Hi, Im Leslie Ngo from the Philippines. I recently
made a transaction with one of your citizen named:
LICA NICOLAI ION, who works at CIPSIT at Valcea. Who
lives at Sat. Izvoru Com. Creteni State Valcea Romania
245700. I was wondering if you could tell me if this
particular company exist. Because I made a transaction
with Mr. Ion regarding Nokia Cellphones and I have
paid 500 USD already for it. It has been a month and
no reply from mr. Ion has received and our goods
haven't arrived yet. I was wondering if I could take
proper action, with your help, to sue him. I was
looking forward on this transaction in order to
pay-off our tuition fee, but because of what he did we
resulted to stop our education. Looking forward to
