Sells used phones as new phones, phone had other peoples messages and phone numbers when plugged in ripoff

I bought two panasonic kxtg5240m telephones from radio shack and paid full price for them. When i got home and opened the box the manual was missing from one phone and when i plugged in the phones and charged the batterys i found that i had someone elses greeting and phone numbers programmed in the phones.

I had all of mr. Robucks business contacts in my phone.
I took the phone back and they told me that they could not order me a new one and that the model i had was discontinued.

However, they still advertised the phone on their display.

These were not new phones and had been previously bought by someone else.
