I accidentally sent $206.50 to the wrong e-mail address. Upon discovery, I immediately cancelled payment. My bank wasn't notified and sent the money out anyway. I sent $206.50 to the correct address as well as $233.86 to an item won at auction.in short, it caused an insufficient funds situation, in which Paypal wrecklessly withdrew fees from my account and gave my account a strike.
