Rip off, possible identity theft

Digitalnow. Tv took funds of 199.90 as down payment for tv 7/18/05 from my account and never delivered. They also gathered personal information from us to make monthly payments.

Have called and called digital now and vice president of sales and purchasing (Mr. Charles E. Mason III) and gotten the run around or no response at all. Have wrote several emails to Mr. Mason with no response. Have called customer service and gotten no respnse.in the last week we have found that their web site has been removed.
