Liars, Cheats and Unethical Companies! Ripoff

AT&T supplied equipment that didn't work and would not replace the phone. It was less than one month old when it was found out that it didn't work! After several, and I mean several, attempts to rectify the situation, the equipment was returned to a local AT&T office (Chalmette, LA) and surrendered.

AT&T subsequently reported this situation as delinquent and sold the account to Palisades Collection in Englewood. I never contracted anything with this and, to this day, owe them nothing.

Recent calls to AT&T refused to assist me with this matter only saying that the account was sold to Palisades. Now, no one wants to resolve this situation. And, since AT&T violated the contract they failed to provide promised services and therefore did NOT provide what was promised.

Palisades will NEVER be paid and thus they want to punish me. This is their way of retribution.
