Ripoff Unfairly Charges for Warrantied work

I brought my phone in for repairs to US Cellular's Schaumburg repair center. The phone was only 6-7 months and still under warranty. The repairs needed WERE A WARRANTY ITEM but they still charged me $46.00. Before they do anything you have to initial a box stating that they will make non warranty work and charge you for it without notification!!! The work they performed was a warranty item and they still charged me anyway. They have lost any future business from me once my contracts expire.
