Ripoff, took my money and I never recieved my product Zaragoza

Electronics and household app.

I am writing this report because I have been ripoffed bad by Mobilessmart.com and I lost 272 dollars from them. I had googled a Nokia 6680 because I was trying to buy a phone for my girlfriend for her birthday. Mobilessmart.com came up in the search and had a nice price for the phone for 271 dollars. Now usually I'm not the type of person that makes internet purchases but I had to because you cannot get that phone in the United States. I looked at the website and it looked like it was professionally done and legit. I went and made an order and it said in the website that they only accepted bank to bank wire transfers. So I was in desperate need of that phone and not thinking about the rules of internet purchasing of not to give out your bank account or make any bank to bank transfer, I had went and made a wire transfer to Petros Bersimis, Ave. Cataluna-112 Zaragoza 50001 spain. The aba# is bbvaesmm-bbva. Bank name is alameda de colon 2/4.

I had checked other forums and apparently there were many others who had made purchases from this company and had not received their item. As soon as I had made my purchase I had received no confirmation#, no e-mail and the website where I had made the purchases goes down. I am very sad because I had made that purchase for my girlfriend's b-day and now I lost money and she receives no gift. Please if you can catch this guy I know that justice has been served and he gets what is coming to him. If you have any questions please e-mail me back.
