I called customer service about the dark grainy video quality of the "Jimmy Neutron" color video Vol.#1 for GAME BOY ADVANCE and got an excuse about how the computer generated cartoon was diffulcult to translate onto this video pack. I had great videos with "Dora the Explorer". The tech went further to say that their second generation video packs are much better. I am not happy about this and will make certain I look for the "Majesco" label and avoid wasting my money. No refund was offered nor any discount on their supposedly improved products.
