Under their pre-paid plan, Voice Stream give you a deadline (short) to use up the time you paid for.
On the given day they take what is left but you can extend the deadline buy purchasing an additional card and activating it "on or before that day". What they dont tell you is that the day ends ONE MINUTE after it begins.
I renewed on Feb 20 (expiration date) to find that $285 of my hard earned cash was now Voice Stream's money, without the service being provided.
The intent seems clear: profit through confusion and I assume they have cheated many others. We must take action. I am dong just that. Anyone with a similar complaint may feel free to contact me.
