Ripoff

Cicuit City has unfair return practices. I recieved an amp kit and speaker cables as a present. These items are available retail wise only at Circuit City. These items were unopened and still had the security tags on them. I talked to the manager and called there 1800 number to complain. They refused to let me return the items. The person that bought them for me could not find their reciept. Circuit City stated that they needed that person's number in order to make sure it was there item.

I am in security and have instructed my family and people I know not to give their personal information out unless instructed by law. Being in security (information procurement), this is how I find info. On people is through the personal information that people give out. Besides that the person who purchased these items gave no phone number they also paid cash. These items are Tsunami 350 watt amp kit and rca twisted pair cables. They are indeed sold at Circuit City.

In conclusion refuse to give your personal info. And tell them we will not stand for this by not shopping at their stores.
Complain often when you are unfairly treated.
