Con artist deceptive trade practices Ripoff

Feb 14 I ordered a camera online no problem. Received a call the next day telling me I needed to order additional items in order to use the camera. Told me the battery would only take 20 pics and I would need larger battery. Also told me that I needed extended warranty, memory chip, etc. I refused but the guy James wouldn't let up. I finally conceeded to add battery just to get off the phone. The next morning I called and cancelled the order and I was told that I couldn't cancel and would be charged 30% to restock. I told him he couldn't do that as it hadn't shipped. He told me he was going to send me to collections and hung up. I called back and asked why he hung up on me and He responded by saying he was going to mess my credit up real bad and he hung up again. Called CC company to inform them of potential problems.
