Mci Worldcom Wireless
Mci worldcom ripoff wireless cashed my checks but i did not receive credit

I signed up with worldcom on july 4. First off it took me 2 months to get a bill, then when i got my bill i payed it immediatly.

A month later i received another bill and noticed that i was not givin credit for my payment so of cours like everyone else i sat on hold for 35-40 minutes and i was told by a rep that my payment was received but was not prossed through their billing dept, and that they were going to put it through right then and there.
About 2 weeks later my service was suspended for non payment so once again i was on hold for another 35-40 minutes. I was surprised they turned my phone back on.

I was also told that to make it easier, to make my payments over the phone.

So i tried that and it took them 17 days to cash the check payment i made over the phone.

No matter how i make my payment it always seems to take them 17-25 days to apply payment to my account. This makes your credit look bad, that you dont make your payments on time and other creditors look at those things.

They receive your payment and let it sit for weeks before they acctually proccess it.

Also i get charged for long distance that is supposed to be included in my plan.

I call my fiances' phone and get charged long distance and he calls mine and does not get charged for long distance and we have the same plan with the same company.
