I have been disputing my bill over 8 months now. I have tried calling several times - holding up to 20 mins, sending copies of checks they received but never posted to my account, and trying to reach them with e-mails but to no avail. I really thought I was fighting a lossing battle until I found this web page. I still will fight my bill with this company but I just don't want it to affect my credit — which I try hard to keep it good. I really don't know the next step to do with them...
