Paid for order, never received, wrong tracking number

Ordered on 3-27-18. They promised tracking number within 48 hrs. Funds were removed from my account, immediately. Never received.
On 4-2-18, I called them. They said they would email tracking number. Never received.
On Thursday, 4-5-18, Called again. They said one Item was backordered, so they held up entire order.
They said I would receive entire order by Monday. Never received. Still no tracking number!
Called back again. They said order would arrive on Thursday, and gave me a Tracking Number, showing Thursday anticipated delivery.
Received tracking email notification, on Thursday, saying package was delivered... to an address in South Dakota... I live in California!
Called them again... They said they provided the wrong Tracking number, and that it would be delivered today!
Mailman came... No package!
I called back again!
They said they were trying to track down the correct Tracking number, and would call me back.
2 hours later... no phone call! Still waiting!
No product, no tracking number, no phone call!
They have had my money almost 3 weeks!
